  4. Thanx guys. Like I said I will post some pics once I'm home and my head stops sounding like a hope hub.
  5. Many hearts broken. Many tears shed mostly in joy. As Mtb_Barbie got married to her boyfriend of 9 years MeridaMan. Many hubbers in attendance and judging by the amount of alcohol consumed I think the trails are gonna be a little quieter this morning. Bicycles everywhere and all the gents wore cycling socks. Pic to follow once the hangover is gone. I just wanna wish my brother Jon and new sister Lauren many many miles of great smooth flowing trails. Love you guys.
  6. I was on 34:18 on my 9er. also suffered but think it had more to do with the 10 quarts I drank at Pot and Barrel, along with the tequila in my water bottle.
  7. That's strange. You say the tension changes? Something is wrong. Make sure you have not got your tension too tight, (I made this mistake the first time on my Peace, that also has horizontal dropouts) this can put huge pressure on your BB and create uneven wear. Most likely the case. Check your Chain line if that is perfect then something is out of round. Could be: Your BB bearings. Chain ring not round or worn uneven. Chain ring and chain not matched. (eg 1/8" chain ring and chain 2/32") Wheel line might not be straight (common with horizontal drop outs)
  8. What humor. Thanx to all the riders that had patience with our group of rabble out on course. Great route, great humor, great music and most of all great company. Think it was a bachelors to remember.
  9. Yebo. bought the Chromag 32t SS. now on a 34t
  10. I bought a Funn Hooka DH crank. not the lightest but super solid and single ring specific
  11. yeah but unfortunately on a 2.1 with 100kg that line is so fine. rather safe than sorry.
  12. what can I say I'm a big boy. I also ride quite hard and after going through 3 rims up front i decided to run higher pressure and HTFU. Palms and elbows take a beating the first time I ride after a while off, but toughen up pretty quick. An yes grips make a huge difference. the softer and chunkier the better
  13. I'm 100kg and run my 2.1 Crossmark at 2bar
  14. ssshhh stop cock blocking my sale.
  15. I have 2x A batch stickers for sale that my bro and I wont be needing as we are starting at the back of the 1/2 marathon.
  16. My new favorite bike
  17. Dont worry big bro is here to protect you. NOT
  18. He has been rather quiet. Maybe he is just charging the Batteries for "Bachelor party 2.0" this weekend. Either that or "Homeland Security" caught him at the border and shipped him back to the Agave fields in Tijuana.
  19. At least you drank with us on day one and TWO. Johnny nappy and Kassiemouse The lads need to toughen up up if they wanna make the test side. (SS champs is not an ODI) P.S who knew Hilton had such pumping nightlife. The "Pot and belly" (or whatever it was called) was pumping and so was Crossroads/crossways/crossmans. I'm just bleak I missed the Midget playing Thunderstruck.
  20. Well it was that or the tequila. Maybe a combo. Hahahaha So hopefully mankele next year.
  21. Haha did we feed you tequila? He had a tennis ball that we found somewhere. A tennis ball that someone took home after we put it into his cleats in the dorm.
