Had a good laugh hearing Lance's take on leaving Cav at home. It's really simple. You pick a team on form, his results doesnt justify being selected....very similar to our cricket world cup squad and look how that turned out.

Taking it to races is only for opening the legs/lungs, you dont want to ride against resistance really. You'll start the race feeling flat, if there is too much idle time between warm-up and race

Hated that day. Boonen just coming back from his terrible crash found himself at the front with no form and was beaten on the line by this zwifter who was in the break all day. Over the radio QS heard there was a crash and Sagan bunnyhopped Cancellara...Panzerwagon was now very alert and start putting the hurt down, our champ Boonen was in the select group. Boonen lost the sprint as he wasnt perfectly placed and was a bit boxed it...a win what wouldve made him the only person to win 5 cobbled trophies. That day, I died in the lounge.

These guys are professionals. Why do you think they sprint for 7th or 11th or whatever the number is at most races? Nothing is gifted. Gifted is Asgreen with immense talent.
