    No No, I found the free sample and it states the following: "Pro athletes, not all ingredients in EVOX 3DT are WADA approved." So there is no need for anyone who competes competitively who uses this product unknowingly that it can result in an adverse finding. Edit: after 2 years I still have the sample and havent used it, maybe I will win local races if I do, but I'm not going to juggle with my health to win a stupid bike race.

    I remember buying some protein of evox, a free sample of 3DT was 'plakked' on the lid. I dont remember the exact words that was written on the packet, but I remember telling my brother that you will test positive if you use that. I didnt say that because I knew what ingredients it contained, I said it because I read on it that you shouldnt use it if you are competing professionally.

    If I werent riding so many different bikes and wheelsets, I would go with a powertap everyday. Ease of use and it is literally plug and play.

    I've been running this tyre on the rear with no issues, did however change to a renegade for baviaans, I needed to be a tad faster.

    I've had the odd saddle sore and the discomfort is not something I wish onto anyone. Thanks for the tips re this unspoken matter.

    Said the same thing yesterday, Always believed he could be a better rider than he's previous results. Froomey, Feel for the guy, I think even in yesterday's stage, he tries so hard, he tries to ride himself into form, but it will have an adverse effect during the final week. (I'm scared) Is cycling back at being a European sport? They definitely can ride their bikes!

    I think its more of the way he rides, constant watts rather than the accelerations from the other chaps. therefore coming to the front, riding at "what" he is comfortable with.
