70kg for me. Things looking better. I could feel it really helps me climb with the big names here in EL.

clearly i was just missing it when i see thousands of people riding there bikes to work and back because they cant afford a taxi. and then uses the national roads.

the law never stated that you should wear a helmet while riding your bicycle. however they should enforce it.

71kg for me. one down, plennty to go.

Still 72 for me. I did have a bachelor party to attend, glad i didnt pick up anything, then again no loss for me yet again.

i recommend campy = smoother shifter. and buying chorus means that it was last years' record groupset. campy tend to be on the expensive side once you start upgrading, but CWC has really good prises and you should consult with them. happy riding.

i would also like to see a pic of myself, white and red specialized tarmac with super record.lol

I'm in K, up from V last year. Wished for something better but what the heck. Let's enjoy.

I was kakking off saturday at a training ride of 120km. At 80km I took a hammer gel. It worked like a charm for the last 20km, just took too long to kick in.

rugby, actually was at club champs last year, tennis on wednesdays when i dont have rugby prac. driving range on fridays for the competition on saturdays after a 100km ride. and i have to fit in studying CTA.

just yesterday i upgraded from campy record or SR. man o man, what a difference. the thing about campy is that it actually gets better with time. my record was much smoother than the SR. the SR is only on my racing bike so it will probly shift better next year, but damn its worth the wait. haha.
