Spez 5 years on frame and I think suspension too. Plus that is a proprietary shock, so very likely.

you could have it sorted by spez or if am not mistaken just fit a standard fox or Rock shocks minus the brain. Seen it done to a stumpy s-works by Rock Shox on one of their xx1 promo vids. Besides some of the spez models come without the brain. Is that a 2010? Could still be under warranty.

Although Marc is a monster salesman. You will walk in for a 10k silverback and walk out with a 100k Spez S-works. Be warned!!

I had a warranty on a frame and I have a bad habit of never keeping till slips. All I did was check my bank statement for the date I did the transfer. Informed the LBS of the date and all checked out on their system. From there on out it was between my LBS and Spez. Warranty granted. My warranty claim was for a paint defect on the chain stay. I think it is a 2 year warranty on paint.
