Do you need the speed sensor or does it use the gps for distance(garmin)? I really love the Polar,it's been good to me,but feel that I need a change.Going to order a Garmin!

Hi guys and girls, I've got the Polar watch and considering the Garmin for no reason really. Any of your personal experience with the 2 products will be very welcome.is the Garmin as good a training tool as the Polar? cheers

I've been doing her programs for 24 weeks now.I've been cycling for 7 months.This past weekend I missed the podium with a few seconds and in the process I 've beaten Yolandi de Villiers!super stoked. Maryke is the best!

Do you know how enjoyable it gets when you get good results?? It's alot sweeter!

Started using only water lately on trianing rides lasting 2-3hrs. My problem is that I get home at 21:00hr after rides and have to get up at 4:30. If I take energy drinks during ride I cant sleep.Sometimes my head buzzes till 24:00hr.But with water I'm not that hyped and fall asleep quicker. I never ate before a training ride,now I eat a bowl of pasta and drink 750ml of energy drink 30min before. The result is I pedal like a machine and sleep rather well(glass of white wine also contributes nicely to the sleeping )

At the end of the day it does'nt matter if you believe in the rapture or not,what matter is if you're born again..I also believe in the Rapture.

My high has been going for 8 years and going from strength to strength.Religion is dead,with Jesus it's about relationship. I hope for your sake that one day you'll humble yourself before the King of Kings.He loves you dude,more than you may know. My advice is not to take my advice or any other christians advice,but to try it out for yourself.Ask Him to reveal Himself to you,He will!You've got nothing to loose.
