One of the best things about full suss bikes for me are the way they climb very technical uphills.You never loose traction,can stay seated.The technical downhill stuff , also a non issue. Damn, why did I go hardtail.If I meet the bloke selling the:"hardtail are for hard men" nonsense I'll tell him a thing or two! No seriously,I like my hardtail,it's fast and stiff and it's a Scott! I'll treat myself with the bigger,softer wheel option just before I'll have to go for a spinal cord operation!

I orderd a xo groupset from CRC last week,got it this week.On a order of R3000 I had to pay R480 vat.Bought the Truvativ Noir(xo) crank on Ebay from Speedpark(Taiwan).Got it this morning.The crank was R2200,the same as on CRC,but the shipping was free.And guess what they charged me for vat?????R25!!!!! Before you buy from CRC,try and source something on ebay .CRC has been marked by SARS! All the stuff are made in Taiwan,try and find a Taiwanese seller on ebay.You'll never look back and save loads.

Don't think so,10 speed chains are thinner than 9spd, you'll have to change chainrings. I speak under correction.

I'm with big j-wp,I replace chain every 900km,it's a chain a month,but I use the cheapest chains available.SRAM is my choise of chains!

See that I use the word 'had'.Well,I'm gonna be straight with you!He died 3 months after symptoms was first detected,doctors diagnosed it as trainingwaytomuchforyourage menenagistearas!!!! Just taking the pee pee. Rest enough,you get stronger during rest,not training.

Rideing with an ipod on a road that's used by vehicels is siucide.If you do ride with one we'll give condolances to your family soon. I've done it once and a car came pass me,I got such a fright from the car suddenly appearing that I nearly swerved in front of it.From that day I vowed never to do it again! Anyways,I train with a heart rate monitor and wont be able to hear the monitor when using an ipod.

Go for a blood test,maybe you're anemic. Was my problem as well trained like hell,got the nutrition wrong,could'nt do anything. Supplements are not a bad idea either?
