  1. you can use a 9spd chain on a 10spd crank no prob, but not other way around, but you would need to get a 10spd chain when you get the cluster, shifters etc
  2. something we do time 2 time ( Reba and Sid ) take out all the air, ( + & - ) and put your bike upsidedown for 24hours. Pump it again (top first, then bottom) and it will feel better. Something about oil getting bake to the top, not sure

  4. Swimming and running is always great (personal experience) if done right gym work can contribute alot eg. core work (don't forget your back), hamstring curls, leg press, squat (i don't like this 1), then upper body aswell, if you don't use protein shakes, you won't gain to much size thats bad for cycling, but will gain strength (personal experience). this is what works with me, others may differ. keep well, cheers
  5. i would also recommend this one! R1790 (including speed sensor, bar mount and hrm chest strap) it is a wrist watch yes- but you do get a handlebar mount, and you can use it in the gym and running. I still have the old S520, these things last ages, replaced the battery for the first time after 4years mine now 5years old. Polar after sales service is good aswell

  8. haha guys, posted on behalf of my brother, he picked it up last night i would be hugely disappointed if i lost my ipod, so just help him to try to return it to its rightful owner. note to everyone: use notepad and put a text file (.txt) on your ipod/mp3 with all your details, it would hardly take any space and when its found its easier to return to you
