The spruit jumps close to the waterfall are awesome, If you heading towards conrad the ones on the right are awesome to hit on the mountain bike but the one just after that on the left looks quite intence might need to hit that on the BMX.

The GT zaskar is such a hot bike..

Leaset in SA you get to see the guys who are taking your bike, they ask so nicely with gun, screw-driver or spade.

That sounds like a awesome ride, a friend of mine is tryin to get me to ride from Avianto to breeds neck and back (128km). Still buidling up the courage

Sorry Chris i dont think i ever follow the routes, I normally ride the perimeter fennce and i think thats about 19km

I would say Mikes bikes and Linden do a good service but think they quite pricy, but that just could of been once off thing

I would say see how you feel on friday evening and if you do ride just take it easy and watch your heart rate.

Yea black track is not to technical theres a few crazy parts through the forrest and some good climbs but all good.

HA HA, I do have a spare key but a few months ago i went to try replace the key and they wanted to charge me R2000. Id rather ask and maybe get luckky ..

Havent seen alot of guys using grip shift but ive always been worried when flying down a hill and accidently changing gears while holding on for dear life.

That sounds super awesome ...

WHat i do is i start strong, get in front of the pack and then get into my pace. So you dont need to fight through the group later on. The first few km's are painfull but worth it.

11 months untill MTN track decided to brake my wheel and punctured my tubeless..

Transkei, The uphills are intence but the downhills make up for it in a big way.

Friday riding breedsneck, but im sure there will be alot of pushing involved. Sunday mite hit teak for a quick one..

I rode the spruit on monday after work around 5ish, there were some doggy looking guys on the section i rode but still had a good one
