normaly you use the measurement from your handlebars/stem to the middle of your seat,cause you genrally sit on the middle or the seat.and for the hight its from the middle of your BB to the highest part on your seat. hope you understand

every one has a right to be on the road, but honestly guys be sensable...a car will always beat you when your on a bike. there is no boss of the road so everyone must think of everyone else. yes i agree, cycling next to eachother is more fun but not when its dangerous!! trust me, it only takes you once to be hit by a car to make you realise that you do not own the road. and dont say it wont happen to you because it will if you be stupid. so please people just consider everyone else who is on the road.
