Get some iron tablets. Make sure they actually have a decent amount of iron in them and take a couple each day with some vitamin C to increase absorption, it will help get your red blood cell count back up.

Hi Mampara, The version we have only works with our wheels, I am finding out if there is a version that will fit Shimano Centre Lock hubs at the moment, I'll let you know.

The only reason I can think of is that Shimano said they couldn't.

Hi Dave, 2009 model Shimano Front Derailleur?s shouldn't need any changes as the design is different to 2008 and earlier as far as the lever arm placement goes. You need a top pull 34.9mm diameter clamp model whatever brand you use. That's the one. The SRAM X7 and X9 FDs have enough clearence but if you trim a X7 or X9 Top pull you get that extra bit of clearence there as well.

Definietly go for a top pull. Here's one I finished this morning (Shimano Deore LX), on it's way to the Cape tonight:
