  3. Get some iron tablets. Make sure they actually have a decent amount of iron in them and take a couple each day with some vitamin C to increase absorption, it will help get your red blood cell count back up.

  9. Hi Mampara, The version we have only works with our wheels, I am finding out if there is a version that will fit Shimano Centre Lock hubs at the moment, I'll let you know.
  10. The only reason I can think of is that Shimano said they couldn't.
  11. Slide off the rubber cover and under it is the fine splined adaptor for Shimano Centre Lock Rotors, take both off if you are fitting the Centre Lock to 6 Bolt adaptor: http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.za/images/products/Novatech%20centre%20lock%20to%206%20bolt%20adaptor.jpg
  12. Let me know if you get stuck. We bring in RST forks and we have access to the RST Taiwan Service Department. Kiwi2009-05-29 03:30:08
  13. Shimano and SRAM is 130 PCD (bolt circle) for the road and Campagnolo is 135 PCD

  16. This would be perfect: <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> On One 456 Summer Season. With a 5" travel Titan fork, microSHIFT derailleur?s and thumb tap shifters, On One Retard Wheels, bars, stem, saddle etc it would come in at about R15400. Plenty of very positive reviews out there, check MBR.COM for instance: http://www.mtbr.com/cat/bikes/freeride-hardtail/on-one/456/PRD_414075_1544crx.asp New frame stock arriving at the beginning of June. http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.za/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=ON%20ONE%20456%20SUMMER%20SEASON http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.za/images/products/Scandal--29er-21-Inch-004.jpg
  17. Whoops! Just realised we have been hijacking Daemon's thread, sorry Daemon!!!!
  18. Hi Mud Dee, Should be the same, depending on the Rand of course!
  19. Hi Dave, 2009 model Shimano Front Derailleur?s shouldn't need any changes as the design is different to 2008 and earlier as far as the lever arm placement goes. You need a top pull 34.9mm diameter clamp model whatever brand you use. Pics for mods to 2008 and earlier Shimano Front Derailleur?s to increase clearance; SRAM X7 and X9 top pull Front Derailleur?s shouldn't need anything done to them: http://getsatisfaction.com/onone/topics/inbred_29er_front_derailleur http://getsatisfaction.com/onone/topics/tyre_clearance_problem_with_scandal_29er?from=new_topic&utm_medium=topic_search&utm_source=topic_search_onone Shimano 2009 Model Number FD-M971 Series XTR Swing Action Down-swing Model Number FD-M771 Series DEORE XT Swing Action Down-swing Model Number FD-M661 Series SLX Swing Action Down-swing Model Number FD-M581A Series DEORE LX Swing Action Down-swing Model Number FD-M531-6 Series DEORE Swing Action Down-swing SRAM X9 Top Pull Series X9 High SRAM X7 Top Pull Series X7 High Kiwi2009-05-05 21:20:31

  21. That's the one. The SRAM X7 and X9 FDs have enough clearence but if you trim a X7 or X9 Top pull you get that extra bit of clearence there as well.
  22. Definietly go for a top pull. Here's one I finished this morning (Shimano Deore LX), on it's way to the Cape tonight:
  23. Hey Daemon, The Scandal has built up sweet! I forgot to tell you there is a cool method to max out the FD clearence on 29ers here: http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/northmalvern/ScandalFrontMechAlteration#
  24. Hi Guys, We are up and running with the new Whasp Gel Bottles and Energy and Recovery drink powders!
