The Knysna Big 5 Challenge is coming up at the end of the month... For those that don't know, it is part of the Knysna Oyster Festival and comprises of: Saturday - 80km MTB Sunday - 100km Road Race or 22km Paddle Tuesday - 14.4km Trail Run Thursday - Xterra Saturday - Knysna Half Marathon or Full Marathon See some big names lining up this year to compete for the title! Stuart Marais, Dan Hugo, Bradley Weiss, Kent Horner and loads more! Who's joining the fun then...?

Organizers did an amazing job at ensuring there is still a Jailbreak to race! I will be there!

The entry fee is amazing - R80 for an awesome route, amazing venue and a bottle of wine is a winning deal anywhere (I did do the per-entry option)

I ride to town weekly and the number of people I have met that have either been mugged along that path or work with someone who has been is astonishing. Motorists moan at cyclists for not using the cycle path, but why should we do that when the law cannot protect us along there? I will rather risk riding in extreme traffic for a section of the ride than placing myself in danger of these okes who are known to be targeting the bike path.

Popped in there during my lunch with my bike as my gears were not wanting to do their thing. They were GREAT! No questions asked, straight on the stand, new cable, new housing, fully set and working as I waited and only charged me for the parts. Seriously awesome service!!! Thanks Cycle Lab Cape Town - Definitely leading by example!
