  1. ok, so Robbie won the stage when some guys crashed right?? sooooooooooooooooooo????? he still got himself past the crash and into a position to win?? there where 150 riders that didnt crash that day, WORLD CLASS, tour de france riders... Robbie siezed his opportunity and got the stage, and you as a south african should be proud of that.. with your attitude im sure you would be calling for his neck if he didn't win in those circumstances... so then ask yourself how the oke is ever going to win with you... he's done alot for south african cycling...
  2. you know, i also get super dissapointed when i see robbie sprint like he did today, but then i also remember that what he has done is super good, and he's competing against the worlds best.... so even though he is performing as i was hoping, he's still doing really really well for himself and SA.
  3. i woulda chosen the gold ones mmmm!
  4. NEVER!!! its still great bike racing, no matter what way you look at it.... the tour will always be THE tour.
  5. Warning against riders after a final regarding their riding could probably be for their participation in other events yet to come. When i was junior there WAS a gearing rule on juniors, but its such a heavy gear that very few juniors in the world would ride it any way.
  6. noooo, if you are talking about the carbon version, they are just over 1100grams a set n amazing wheels, and the hubs are unbelievable!! they are supreme..

  18. noooo, we do the large lap again as two years ago, which encorporates both vissershoks, right from down by the n7, and we go down till the end of adderly street... 3 laps.... and the last 40km is first a side wind and then a head wind (which is if the south easter blows, which is very probable)
  19. well im glad everyone said no and had such a good view and understanding of it..... difference in opinions is one of the most vital intruments for interesting conversation...
  20. Barloworld apparantly only has 2 south africans in their team for giro... the rest are their BEASTLY euro pros... so i have heard... thats gonna be wow.... then, the vissershok stage has actually been measured by riders to be around 195km.... and yes please, two of your big names in your 1st thread are on my team.. hahahaha awesome but yea, i agree, the giro this year is goling to be insane... waaaaay harder than last year and probably any other year for that matter...
