My Colnago is there... Can't wait...

My 12 speed black XX SRAM Eagle chain has 1400km on it and the inside face in now completely silver from wear. I've heard from a number of people that it's a good gauge to determine when it needs to be changed out. I'm going to fit a new chain at 1500 to try and prolong the life of my cassette. A new cassette is R7500. I'm not keen to buy a new one anytime soon.

Do your sram 12 speed chains wear unevenly on the outer side and inner side of the chain? I am running the black eagle chain and the cassette facing side has worn silver.

Then add a tinted clear coat...

Chaps thank you so much for the input. Morph I absolutely love that colour scheme! I also love the Mapei colour scheme but the C60 Mapei seems to be more my taste. The text on the C59 is a little "awkward".

That art decor paint is spectacular!

So.... hypothetically... If someone got their hands on a C59 frame which bears the scars of years of use... would you restore the paint to factory original or go with one of the more rare paint options?

I run 32 x 18 on a rigid ss mtb. It is great for 90% of what the world can throw at you...

Have you tried Q20? For me Q20 works. I loved my On One! I only sold it because the Singular came along. Sprocket & Jack is good call.
