  1. wait. so it feels like a 2000-2005 cannondale? 😱
  2. orders are open at Garmin. so expect them soon
  3. if it were reliable then i'd say yes. the fact that they seem to need constant warranty replacements is the reason i ride with a 130 Plus unit. cheaper running costs when things go wrong. Its to expensive to replace the bigger units each year or so - even at the reduced Garmin rates when outside of warranty.
  4. 100% - if you can nothing beats the discounts from the medical aids. that 840 really looks nice. not sold on the solar though - the battery is more than big enough already to handle huge rides. i'd rather have the slightly brighter screen
  5. It’s here. Pm me if you are keen
  6. claim from insurance?
  7. my word - back when Mavic was actually cool!
  8. Fine then. Keep your not secrets secret 🥸 https://www.google.com/search?q=new+specialized+epic&rlz=1C5CHFA_enZA1023ZA1023&oq=new+specialized+epic&aqs=chrome..69i57j0i512l9.4992j0j1&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
  9. BOOM. Headshot
  10. if you find a set of carbon wheels for R6k - then best thing you can do is run. you'd be playing with your own safety
  11. Are the latest Sram still dot? Whoever decided to use a paint corrosive fluid in Sram brakes needs to get the ears boxed.
  12. shot. what would it be for a traditional drivetrain?
  13. not sure where you got the efficiency figure from? granted this is their own data - would be interesting to see 3rd party data on it https://www.classified-cycling.cc/stories/classified-drivetrain-efficiency-measurements
  14. i've been after classified for over 2 years. think it was first awarded to cape cycles who did nothing with it. (i stand to be corrected) massive delays with ICASA registration to. glad someone has it now and is doing something with the product - not so excited its Omnico as i've had more than a few warranty issues with them. not to mention stock issues. but lets hope thats in the past an extremely cool product and i really think it could revolutionise cycling
  15. i had both the 520 and 530 and in within a years ownership they both of them packed up twice
  16. solved. thanks
  17. Not sure if it’s just me but when browsing on my iPhone on safari I cannot see any of the adverts at all
  18. They are better. side by side there is a difference. If your battery is still getting you through your rides then the screen is not a big issue. For me the addition of crash detection, live tracking and radar compatibility are big bonuses
  19. The 130+ is single handedly the best unit garmin makes for users who do not need maps functions. having owned a 520, 530 1040 solar and now the 130 Plus. i love my 130 plus the most - if i ever need maps for a ride i will obviously have to upgrade. if i needed maps i'd wait for the replacement of the 830 - touch screen is a big benefit
  20. Possibly a ceramic speed treated chain?
  21. i've seen them at $4100 / 3650€
  22. Jeepers. Campy release their latest wheels yesterday and at the same time news leaks of their wireless EPS system and not a single sniff of it on Bikehub or that matter other social media sites Campy could do with a overhaul of their social media awareness
  23. Ok so we have confirmed its not racetec, its CT? 🤔
  24. Racetec are the worst. I remember the days when results were available within minutes of finishing
