Need advice please.My chain (dura ace) needs replacement every 2-3months which is about 3000kms. I feel this is too quick. Have a new cassette (thought that could be the problem).Could it be my front blades?I would I know?

Yeah, but what I do not understand is that why do you need the cant in cycling shoes to improve alignment, but not in your normal walking shoes. Is a neutral shoe not actully closer to natural than the BG stuff?

I've been using Shimano 215 shoes for about 3 years now, and I need to get me a new pair of shoes. I am keen on trying the specialized range (Pro Road), but am afraid that the body geometry features will bugger up everything. Does anybody have experience with Specialized Pro road shoes after using shimanos? Does BG shoes really work? I currently do not have any knee problems etc.

easton EA 90 SLX 2009

I'm currently decising between the R-sys and the Easton EA90 slx 2009. I like the look of the R-sys, but the easton's much better price.

The other day I noticed my cassette body being loose.I tighten it with my hands, but when I tighten the bolts (the stuff where the skewers clamp against), the cassette turns with resistance (a lot) when I turn it backwards. But if I then slightly loosen the bolts then the body is too loose. Is there some trick in this or is there something wrong???
