Yeah, I know it will be fine. Just the paint that came off. I have been looking for those plates, but to no avail. They are actually alluminium and shaped to fit the frame, so not sure if you can buy them. I did get a very thick and hard plastic sticker to put over the area. I will let all you haters know how it goes a year down the line!

Chain skipped off the front DR and chipped the paint (10kms into the DC). I doubt Specialized will replace, as it's probably a setup mistake and I'm defintely not replacing the frame. Just some resin and paint and another protector sticker for now. The weird thing is that the protector sticker thingy looks like it's in the wrong position... What do you guys think?

Thanks for posting Semisub, I think I passed you and you warned me of the guys 5 minutes before I met the other guy WHO ACTUALLY DID GET MUGGED. They took his bike and bag! I don't know why admin changed the topic to "Attempted Mugging". There was another guy who did actually get mugged.

Just a heads up: A guy got hijacked yesterday on the cycle lane. 2 guys with knives stopped him and took his bike and bag. +/- 5pm @ the bridge over the train tacks (near Church Street bridge). They were waiting behind that big hole in the fence next to the train tracks. Damm, this sucks!
