  9. <script language='javascript'> </script> LOL
  10. <script language='javascript'> </script> my 2c. The more I run the more I find myself leaning towards systems that carry two bottles in the front as this allows you to 1) have water and energy mix in separate bottles 2) refills are nice and quick 3) cleaning afterwards is easy and painless 4) I always overfill a hydration bladder and end up lugging around unnecessary weight. For the Beast I am going to take the bladder out of my Marathoner and see how the bottles hold up. On the Salomon subject, I am def getting one in the near future, don't think you can compete with them in terms of quality. However they are def a nice to have, alot of people run with very basic pack sand they serve their purpose just fine.
  11. Waar koop jy jou Injinji kouse?
  12. I always start off with the same size as i normally wear, just check if its comfy (this might require sizing up between brands). Too much room in the shoe (specifically on trail) could result in lateral play and blisters
  13. <script language='javascript'> </script> Its R45 a person to run / hike. Trails are a good mix, the 3km route is pretty easy, 10 km route is pretty technical at the start and finish. Safe but as always be vigilant when running close to the fences
  14. Also bought a few things from them. Really great service and pricing
  15. <script language='javascript'> </script> Jip, doing both of these
  16. If I remember correctly this is from the last album before he passed : American IV
  17. Haven't read any of this thread yet so please excuse if this has been posted before. I am a huge Dylan fan but this cover is pretty good:
  18. For the guys keen on hydration packs etc, there is a massive sale running on Ultraspire gear --> http://www.nativesport.co.za/ultraspire/ I have not purchased from the shop previously but looks decent.
  19. <script language='javascript'> </script> It all depends on the terrain and how your feet land on the terrain. If there are rocky sections and you start to land on the arch of your foot on these rocks (could start to happen as you become fatigued) you might have some light bruising, the Salomons do not have a rockplate in them. always try to run 'light' on you feet
  20. <script language='javascript'> </script> Which route do you guys want to do?
  21. <script language='javascript'> </script> I need to check how the legs feel, started a training program on Monday that requires I do 5km each morning, so far the legs feel fine however don't know how they are going to feel Sat morning
  22. <script language='javascript'> </script> Probably calf tightness, what offset are you running with?
  23. <script language='javascript'> </script> That's what I thought they were referring to, so are they going to have Discovery representatives at each event to check that I run / ride in my Discovery kit? This is extremely impractical. My enthusiasm has dwindled significantly
  24. <script language='javascript'> </script> Askuus? What are they on about here?
