Jip. I have a spacer or two that can be removed. Currently the riser is moer of a wide, will trim it down a bit. Going to match the color scheme of the rest of the bike nicely (that's all we really care about isn't it?)
Are you using the contact details as per your invoice? I wouldn't stress too much, Easybike is a quality outfit and are on top of the ball. Maybe try and give them a ring today again
