What i think happend, is the see-saw did take a while to come down, but that if you go too fast. The fact that he did not un-clip suggests lack of riding skills. I have seen people walk across the same see-saw,un-clipped, next to their bike... Thats was me, I usually ride it, but for a few weeks run up to the Alps, I did not want to hurt myself so I just walked it. Or went around it up passed Honda.
