  1. Better to be a valve then a tappit.
  2. If it was bought after April you can take it back for a refund as it is not performing as it should.
  3. Without a helmet. Who says robots are smart.
  4. I just think he stated what everybody on here always say about good service. If you spend alot of money at a shop, you build a reputation/connection and the people jump to your beck and call. So what's the point to try and build a relationship with a shop if they still not come to the party.
  5. Why do you want to be noisy?
  6. You are joking. I'm sure one day you will pre-program your gears at home according to the route and download it to your bike's computer. When you get home it compares it to the route previously ridden and will "suggest" alternative gears for the next time.
  7. They will call it Sram Buzz or Sram Sparky.
  8. Use it. It's not your fault Sram does not know how to make pedals.
  9. Broken ones.
  10. Open between sunrise and sunset. Why not just ride the spruit. It never closes.
  11. All my road tyres were 120psi back 110 front.
  12. Don't worry, Dr. Murray took care of that.
  13. Still looks like you charge on the bike but only every 1500-2000km. If battery goes, you need to replace complete wiring harness.
  14. You found a JPG of an owl in your garden?
  15. Want to start your own brand, go and shop here. http://www.biketaiwan.com/search_type.asp
  16. When is it an "aftermarket" frame? When it is not branded or branded with a name we don't know? There are thousands (okay plenty) of manufacturers that we've never heard off. It's easy to put up a website with photos and specs and the frames will look like great bargains.
  17. If your cleat is caked with mud then no pedal is better then another.
  18. If it is time for a service, then warrantee has already expired.
  19. I have written countless letters to CycleLab, Club 100 and Capri wheelers complaining about how bad their cyclist behave on the road. Trying to control is a big step from actually controlling them. When was the last time you rode on the cradle route. While there is a perfectly good cycle lane, they still fill the whole road. I guess you maths are not that good. R950 is damn close to R1000. I don't care what it includes. You can still get it cheaper if you do not need all the social crap. Like I said before. I have belonged to a few clubs in my 18 years of cycling and none of them obey the rules. The slower groups are better but they only ride through the stop streets slower.
  20. Quite a few actually and have not found one that obeys the traffic laws. My last year of cycling I belonged to Roag and felt very safe on my own obeying every law.
  21. Brakes must first work properly before you can start playing with bigger discs or pad material. Sponginess or too much lever travel or pads "biting" too late must all be sorted before you play with the other stuff. My XTs were amazing even with a 140mm on the back. But then again my Juicy 3s never gave me a day's problems either.
  22. They have to be because no one can ride a bicycle.
  23. Here's questions you need to ask yourself before joining. 1. Do you obey traffic laws by riding in single file, stop at traffic light and stop streets? 2. Is the R1000 a year worth the tent at some events? 3. Do you obey traffic laws by riding in single file, stop at traffic light and stop streets? If your answers to 1 and 3 is yes then you should not join.
  24. I'm sure there will be once bicycles are introduced there.
  25. Obviously on the beach.
