Those birds were amazing. They just goes on and on and on... And my oh my the head wind was lekker strong on the way back. This was the first time I went down 3 sisters and had to peddle to get to the bottom. I enjoyed the east rand roads they are lekker fast and flat.

I am a bike bell fanatic and always looking for some interesting ones. Below is a pic of the latest that I have seen.

For me the water bottle is what is making the photo human and cyclist. If the bike was without the bottle it might have easily been said that a photographer was taking pictures of someone else's bike.

Hahaha. The facial hair / non facial hair might deliver a few more candidates to the original Male Category. Above all of the categories above they can also add 5 kg weight intervals. Just because I am fat doesn't mean I don't deserve to win.

I also have it but not that bad. My OCD is worse. I always need something to do and cannot sit still and relax. and if I haven't trained for more than a day I get depressed.
