  1. Ag Nee. I'm never going to make 16:30. :-((( Some of us are already back at work
  2. I will go with the Spez ... but you already know that.
  3. Seems like the ladies will rule this ride.
  4. You guys should all enjoy the event this weekend. HAVE FUN!
  5. Thanks Robox. Not bad for a fun rider.http://1.1.1.4/bmi/cdn.bikehub.co.za/forum//public/style_emoticons/default/smile.png
  6. 2008 was a good year for most people at the race. If I recall correctly it was the first year without the Boundry road section and the route was only 90km.
  7. This makes me think of some people here on the hub
  8. That is so unfair. I also want to do it.
  9. I also want to know. Disappearing like ghosts.
  10. I will be there.
  11. Sushi
  12. I also vote for Midrand.
  13. Thanks Dangle for the nice ride. It was nice to meet you all.
  14. I think you okes are just scared of the little route Dangle has planned. Did I really say that out loud.
  15. If I have to choose between Dangle and Enticement to be my coach. I will choose Dangle. Just look at all the weight he has lost, so his training program must be working (evidence).
  16. I will be there.
  17. Once you get on a epic. Its not easy to let go of it. Such a pitty that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my current bike/s. My arse is itching for a Epic Comp.
  18. Whoop Whoop! I had an awesome ride on Dangles new SS baby. What a LEKKER bike. But Eish the Rigid fork is a tough ride.
  19. I'm with Dangle on this one. Take it easy and do not rush to the bigger distance. Take enough Protien and find out during training what works for you. Do not try new stuff and products during a race.
  20. I did this last year and it was an amazing lekker experience.
  21. Ask Dangle. He builds the best wheels.
  22. My SS had me for breakfast ... spat me out ...and left me for dead on the couch
  23. Sjoe. With that gear you must be real hard core and FAST. Are you riding the downhills and pushing on the ups?
  24. My Ritchey is ready for the ride.
  25. Correct me if I am wrong but... surely the rider that’s not sleeping in the tent and does not have to wash or fix his own bike also has an advantage. If they really want to limit the outside assistance they should not allow riders to sleep outside of the tented race village. No mechanics should be allowed – riders must fix their own bikes. No outside massage therapists. All riders should be queuing for the same toilets and showers.
