When things are working normally, how long do park-runs take to reflect?

There is a setting on your phone under Wi-FI settings "Passpoint", if this enabled your phone will automatically connect to certain Wi-Fi networks like Vida. The problem with this is that it does not take you to the login/credentials page, so your phone is connected to the Wi-Fi so it drops the 3G/4G connection but you are not connected to the internet. End result is nothing that requires data will work, this is for Android, not sure about others.

Then don't take generics.

If you were a pro, you should say something along the lines of "okay i'll take that but before I use it i'll look it up at home and do some research etc" The time of I didn't know it had that in or the pharmacist said it was okay is over. You have chosen to be a pro and that is one the responsibilities you need to accept.

Got caught by the Duty Free "deal"

If you have done the gym visit or strava workout etc and it does not show which then results in you not meeting your target for the week contact vitality. Take a screen grab that shows the workout and explain the situation to them and that you will accept a smoothie/coffee voucher via email. Completely unacceptable to let them pass it off. I found sending them a PM on their vitality FB page is the quickest way to get a response.

Each rewards cycle runs from Sat-Fri (not Wed-Wed) with the reward becoming available on the Wed after the cycle has ended. I hope that helps, I was in the same boat and got hold of them via FB. To their credit they responded almost instantly.
