    This is very sad extra episode, worth watching though!

    Started Super Natural recently, pretty good so far going into season 2. Got a bit of a shock when I saw it's 10 seasons + at 24 episodes a season!

    I'm on a good run of winning competitions at the moment, three in the last two weeks. Hope the good luck keeps rolling this way.

    As a professional athlete that is simply not an acceptable excuse. You need to take responsibility for what goes into your system and if it's medication you take the additional time to check what's on the label and if it's okay or not and not just go on what the pharmacist said. How may times have we all heard this excuse (whether true or not) to know that you shouldn't be making that mistake.

    What a tough race this year, Ouch! There was a funny moment though when at that last left corner, a couple of guys in the group broke away to get an early sprint in with 300m to go once they hit the wind they went backwards

    My house is about 300m from a station and the office in Town is about 1km away, if they were reliable it would be no brainer. Plus at about R185 for a monthly return ticket it's a double score!

    I had the "secret" recipe passed down to me for all wood maintenance applications. It was equal parts: raw linseed oil/turps/turps based varnish. Should the varnish be ditched?

    When things are working normally, how long do park-runs take to reflect?

    My wife got me one these a few years ago when I was commuting everyday. Now days I commute a few times a week and stopped since I now use a backpack which covers it. This article was just the motivation I needed and took the 2 minutes required to attache it the backpack.

    There is a setting on your phone under Wi-FI settings "Passpoint", if this enabled your phone will automatically connect to certain Wi-Fi networks like Vida. The problem with this is that it does not take you to the login/credentials page, so your phone is connected to the Wi-Fi so it drops the 3G/4G connection but you are not connected to the internet. End result is nothing that requires data will work, this is for Android, not sure about others.

    If you were a pro, you should say something along the lines of "okay i'll take that but before I use it i'll look it up at home and do some research etc" The time of I didn't know it had that in or the pharmacist said it was okay is over. You have chosen to be a pro and that is one the responsibilities you need to accept.
