Got caught by the Duty Free "deal"

If you have done the gym visit or strava workout etc and it does not show which then results in you not meeting your target for the week contact vitality. Take a screen grab that shows the workout and explain the situation to them and that you will accept a smoothie/coffee voucher via email. Completely unacceptable to let them pass it off. I found sending them a PM on their vitality FB page is the quickest way to get a response.

Each rewards cycle runs from Sat-Fri (not Wed-Wed) with the reward becoming available on the Wed after the cycle has ended. I hope that helps, I was in the same boat and got hold of them via FB. To their credit they responded almost instantly.

What time do the rewards come though on Wednesdays? Mine still shows no rewards but says I achieved the points goal.

If it's still available i'd love to take it for my dad.

No problem. You should sadly always assume you will not get your money back, safer that way! There are many decent hubbers on here who would refund you but they are also likely to be the ones who make sure a product they sell is in the condition they advertise it as. The above is just my view.

Start your own thread but withhold the name of the hubber. Then when everyone is on your side let us know who it is, should take about 3-4 pages before it happens. Other things likely to happen in said thread, "there are three sides to every story", "I know him and he is a stand up guy" and "better watch out, you could get sued for that". Not very helpful, sorry

Finally got some new shoes, much needed. Going to miss the old pair though. Bought them 2nd hand 5 years ago and they served me well.

We cancelled our DSTV subscription for Dec/Jan as we were not going to be home for that period and I am amazed how little I have missed it. Looks like I will be joining the club good and saying good bye permanently!

Was a mixed bag. Lots and lots of Oakleys, Ray-bans etc At first there were no radarlocks or any sports glasses then they opened a box that was full of them. They have a weird system in that they randomly open unlabeled boxes as the stock on the tables gets sold. So if I had been there 2 minutes earlier or later I would have missed them. They guy said they have no idea what is in the boxes so very random as to what is on offer.
