Totally agree. my inlaws live in Oak Pakr, 5 minutes from Cascades and like Imtb says, the options are endless.

as far i know, they are exactly the same thing just run one day apart from each other. Race, being where all the top dogs want to be. The trail was added this year due to the demands.

BGFIT set up from spez are very good.

agree 100% with SeaBee, got mine measured and now using the 143 Phenom SL. Wont go back to any other saddle.

Going to try my sample berry flavour on the weekend, was given about 6 sample packs and rate it from there.

the only thing that really works on race day is Tiger blood. Just make sure you supplement your diet with Mag. I have noticed that since I switched to 32GI, I tend to cramp less on the 80km + rides.

Rode this last weekend, like a girl as my shoulder is still a bit poked, but this new work on gravity dice is #SICK, table tops, huge jumps, berms... Nigel, awesome work boss. Someone needs to go down with a GoPro.

so if you not doing a massive amount of XC stuff why not look at your type 2X10 configuration of 26/39. With this syou shouldn't have the "hole" if you go according the 1 to 1.5 rule. You should be able to climb fairly comfortably with the 26 and gets some better top end on the flat/down with the 39. I must admit i did suffer a bit at first with the 27/40 but loving it now.

i converted to 2x9 on Rotors a couple of month ago, took a while to adjust but loving it. Mostly XC and Enduro, not that i am good at either. Running 40/27 11/34 setup on SRAM. i can pretty much use all gears, but i must admit i haven't checked my pulley.
