  1. Sounds like a plan.
  2. Been to the f'ing PO twice already, they can't do sh$t and Royal Mail is the economical mail delivery option and don't come with a Tracking Nr. **** at the counter keeps on telling me he can't do anything without the f'elling tracking number..
  3. Good luck with normal mail: Order Item Status: Complete Shipping Method: Royal Mail International | Shipping Date: 05/01/2011 00:00:00 SRAM Force Brakeset 2011 - Pair F&R 1117.57 ZAR Dispatched Still waiting for this order
  4. Don't take Royal Mail!!! Rather add your order to a buddies or order more stuff to get the free shipping method or pay extra for Courier. I've placed 2 orders now using Royal Mail and on both occasions my package just never got here and it's such a drag getting them to send a replacement.
  5. Yeah, woman should have there own Seeded Index Nix.
  6. incredible!
  7. Hell, my seeding is steadily slipping from A to becoming a B one one these days
  8. Never use them. They should just remove Water Points and give us a extra glass of coke at the finish.
  9. Makes no diffs at all./
  10. If any1 is interested, I've giving up on Track Cycling and want to sell my S-Works Langster featured in the pics. It's a Size 56. Only changed the seatpost and saddle. Open to offers but looking for around R7k
  11. I had my PowerTap SL replaced after the 1st one died after about 3 years, the new one is less than a year old I think and it's got "play" if I wiggle it from left to right. Some one suggested tightening of the cones will eliminate the problem and it did to some extend but now it's back to having a lot of play again, we talking about 2-3mm play to the left and the right. So, now I'd like to know who service the hubs, replace the bearings? Can the bearing be ordered and installed my my LBS. I've tried going on www.bikemax.com but the site is down.
  12. Don't do it if you are racing. I did that one season only finished 2/7 Races.
  13. Take a pic with the tyre on a digital scale Chris:P - Better yet, weigh like 10 of them and give us the Av weight.
  14. oH pLEASe, this must be a silly prank! I find it quite amusing !
  15. Really Pretty Bike Nev! , sorry to hear about the fall, was wondering why you guys never caught up with us
  16. Also still running my XTR V's, I can't see a reason to spend extra cash on Disc's, I love the simplicity of the system, on the fly adjusting if needed ect. But I have ridden bikes with Disc's and the stopping power is amazing and less stress on the fingers / hands during long descents.
  17. Lilo's father almost did not make it to the finish, his only been cycling for a month of 3 now and it was his 3rd Mrb race, not sure if well get him to do another Mtb race after that:P - Like Auction Lamb says, it's not for the Av Joe Smoe doing 1 or 2 training rides a week.
  18. Me and Lilo did it. I did the "59km" and she did the "37km" Firstly I'll mention things you should Not change - The Marking on route was brilliant, more so the Locals at the turn off were very supportive, they all deserve a pat on the back, the one even helped push me up a little hill +1 there. Water Points, I did not stop at any but I should have, Lilo told me they had little chocolates already opened and ready to eat at some of the water points, good stuff! Technically I'd not change the route, I found the downhills rid-able at fast speeds so that's always nice after we spend hours climbing. What I did not like about the race or rather the info we received Re: Distance and Total Climbing was not accurate. The 59km was in fact closer to 63km and the 37km was just over 40km's - the total Ascent for the 63km was between 1600-1700m and the 40km was 1000m. The only thing I'll change about the race is the distance, spending almost 4hours on 60km mtb is to much.
  19. Oh, might also join now that Killarney is off tonight:P
  20. Do you guys think the "old" 970 Crankset blade prices will start dropping now?? I have 2 x 970 XTR Cranksets in need of new blades..
  21. I don't like getting my bike dirty so the less dirty bits the better. I don't mind if the ground is dry but if it's wet or has wet spots I'd rather not go that route
  22. Marius

    Niner Air 9

    Nice!
  23. also got one...
  24. I felt really "pap" this morning during my ride so think I might have to skip this one...although it does look really nice out side.
  25. I only use like 5 gears combo's, they should make it less not more! Can save more weight that way or keep it the same weight and make it last longer:-D
