  1. Beat this. I just got a follow-up call from Outsurance because of this thread here. I have an additional discount and a good idea of how the process as well as discounts work. Due to the excellent service I've had in the past, they way they have upgraded the policy and the efficient claims process I'm pretty sure I'll be staying with Outsurance. Well done to Marius, Gareth and the rest of the team, you guy's have definitely gone the extra mile to keep my business over the past couple of days.
  2. Ordered mine too, although I need to wait till the end of May. Lots of sleepless nights coming.
  3. I must say that Outsurance where brilliant at sorting out my claim in December. So service wise no issues at all.
  4. Have fun
  5. I did phone them this morning and point out that I believe the increase to be BS and plain milking the consumer, and that they need to rethink it completely as I will be shopping around from Monday.
  6. Anyone else get an email detailing a 21% increase in premiums from the 1/6/2009, with a vague attempt to justify it by mentioning a 9% inflationary adjustment. My personal feeling here is I'm getting screwed? Anyone else? For the outcome, see the following post: https://www.bikehub.co.za/forum_posts.asp?TID=49444&PID=765930#765930 markStockton2009-05-04 03:10:31
  7. Awesome, awesome saddle. Well done Kiwi for suppying such a great product at such a reasonable price. Can't wait for the white one for my road bike.
  8. Northern Farm is open. I'm going there after voting.
  9. No sorry' date=' not a bulls supporter. [/quote'] Correct fella...... a bull is ......well ja .......a BULL...... and does what a BULL does.......but an ox shoots blanks!!!!!!! Good one, however I'm very happy to shoot blanks. Im definitly not in the market for any little "rug rats".
  10. No sorry, not a bulls supporter.
  11. If young Bryce Munroe of DCM can go back and pick up his gu wrapper he dropped accidentally in an mtb race (reported else where on this forum), there is no excuse to deliberatly throw a wrapper to the side of the road. Its not as though it was a very technical section that required getting both hands onto the bars. BTW - Skye, that was me being tactfull and polite. I typed a lot worse, but thought better of those comments. If she doesn't like it she can go back pick up the wrapper, and then I'll appologise.
  12. According to Championchip, her name is Helene Smit Edited due to popular demand. markStockton2009-04-19 09:16:46
  13. I'm not sure. She was riding in CL at the time.
  14. %513 at Wilro today. Shame on you for throwing your empty gu wrappers onto the road. Hate to know what your house looks like.
  15. Yes, they are awesome value for money. I'm really battling to decide between a Caanan Elite and the Merida HFS3000 (I think) 96er.
  16. Ooops, wrong thread markStockton2009-04-16 06:54:16
  17. I've never been to Giba so I can't compare, however I have been spending lots and lots of time at Groenkloof / Fountains and I think the trails are amazing. Especially the single track. I think Groenkloof / Fountains is what lots of other MTB venues want to grow up to be one day.
  18. Very nice work TreeDodger, I believe this may be the inspiration I need to do my helmet mounted light.
  19. This is "hear say", however I'm led to believe that single entry is R 25.00 and a 12 visit (10 + 2 free entries) card can be bought for R 200.00.
  20. Good one JB. Love to hear Porn Stars comments / reaction.
