  1. MMMMMMMMMMMMM Now that sounds like a great idea!!
  2. Have a ride sub through club, so that is default, Bicycling, my wife gave me a subs for a present, she so sweet. As to which i prefer, they both sometimes have nothing to read, i then just look at the bike porn. In terms of service, never dealt with ride, but bicycling, when i tried to take up an offer, they pulled some stunt with discount, etc that was never mentioned in my original conversations. not too chuffed with them. don't think i will renew again. I do enjoy the internationals though, just a bit much on a monthly basis.
  3. My favorite memory from the Gior was a couple of years back there were two guys sprinting for something, either a bonus or finish, cannot remember, but the afore mentioned commentator was going on and on Cantonelli and fontanelli Fontanelli and Cantonelli and you can repeat that in your head for a while. Will never forget it. Long live Paul and Phil, two great guys!
  4. YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY Thank You Champion Chip and Carnival City!!!
  5. Point taken, however, my wife is an EU citizen, she went to the local embassy in SA. Completed paperwork, all the biometric stuff at the embassy. Now they do not make the passports in SA, they get made in the EU, Security and all that... And how long did it take, 6 days. From paperwork, to transfer of data, to printing to shipment to SA, 6 days. And yes it is the same printing guys that print for the EU contries locals. I am not saying that the grass is greener, that may be the case, but I do think that it rains more and thus why green. The thing with immigration is that you need to decide what you are willing to live with. The UK rains like no where else, Dubai is a giant sand castle, Aus has a drug problem in schools, the US and the natural disasters. Which problem are you happy to live with and there you have it.
  6. Carnival City is Champion Chip and well to say the least ....... I Cannot believe it takes that long to load electronic data on to and electronic system... Argus is up already and they have just a few more people riding then Carnival City. what is the hold up?

  14. Cycling News Flash, February 15, 2008 Operaci?n Puerto reopened in Spain The biggest doping investigation in international cycling ? Operaci?n Puerto ? was called to be re-opened on Saint Valentine's Day, February 14, in Madrid. A Spanish court ordered that the blood doping investigation, which first hit the headlines in May 2006 and was shelved by Judge Antonio Serrano in March 2007, be re-visited according to Spanish paper El Pa?s. Operaci?n Puerto centred around Doctor Eufemiano Fuentes, his assistant Merino Batres and the then-Team Manager of Liberty Seguros-W?rth, Manolo Saiz, who were investigated after around 100 blood bags were found by the Spanish Guardia Civil in different locations believed belong to Fuentes and Batres. Code names, such as Birillo, Zapatero and Hijo Rudicio, and numbers were linked with some of cycling's biggest names, and the doctors were also believed to be involved with not only cycling, but also football and tennis.
