Okay, okay, its still flipping sore, but after a three hour, horrendously expensive visit to the orthopaedic surgeon, the cast has been replaced with a light-weight brace on my wrist and a sling for my elbow... no signs of broken bones anywhere!!! Yay!! Panorama here I come!! I just fell so hard my arm decided it didnt want to play anymore! Ought to recover full use of the arm within 2 to 3 weeks! Thanks for all your well-wishes! Thanks for the well-wishes everyone. In quite a lot of pain tonight and typing with one hand is a bummer! Hope the pain-pills kick in soon! I am so blessed in my friends! Snapshot, Zoo & Lizzy was riding with me and have been taking care of everything for me all afternoon. Bateleur1 & Mrs B came to fetch us next to the road and took me to the emergency room and waited until the arm was put in plaster. Oh and didnt tease when I was crying like a baby! And then everyone who have phoned, sms'd and offered help. Thank you! Got to have more x-rays done in around ten days - until then I remain hopeful.

Mud Dee, we're planning a slow-ish ride from close to Psycho's place on Friday. About 60km. Mostly ladies. Saturday either join Wolverine or go to Suikerbosrand. Oh, and we want to try and ride to Harties and back on Sunday. Depending on where we start, around 90-100km's. (This is all Zoo's planning I must add!) You're welcome, But: If you want to do hard training rides, rather join one of the other rides.

Well, it's either this ride or Sugarbush... Let's chat about it Friday during the ride. Still not too sure whether I'll have legs for Sugarbush next w/end..

We also were told only 4 laps. Robbie sprinted 4 the line, was told to do another lap. Ended behind the chasing bunch. Alexander and Phen came down hard after 2nd lap. Alex in hospital. Phen finished the race with broken cleats. Jason punctured a few times. TCS took some hard knocks today.
