  1. I see Mywhoosh, "records" the rides on Garmin 1030 when you export the FIT file, I wonder if you upload to Garmin account if Vitality will pick it up, you can then open a FREE Garmin Account and use Mywhoosh (that is also free for now).
  2. Thank you, that looks very close, I imported into Garmin and looks good.
  3. Anyone from the east that will be collecting numbers? I am willing to make a Fuel contribution for collecting mine, Please DM me.
  4. I must say, I like it, bought a Trail shirt in December, its very unique.
  5. Check out Chainreaction Cyles - Prime wheels, they are very well priced, landed under 10K and nice wheels. https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/za/en/prime-doyenne-50-carbon-rim-brake-bundle-2022/rp-prod211331
  6. Big red barn, just do the shorter loops twice, avoid the flowlines and jumps, otherwise its very newbe friendly, with some nice coffee and breakfast afterwards.
  7. Yes, you can, I am on both, Vitality through my wife's medical aid and Momentum Multiply through our Group life cover, I could go onto premium with no cost, now I just need to get to the next level.
  8. what area are you in, I might have a 3 x Shimano coming out soon.
  9. Richard baxter, I think he operates from Linden cycles during the week. He is on instagram as BIKEFITGUY

  11. it is something to watch in the evenings now that Pinkbike academy is almost done.
  12. Just get a wheels builder to replace just the RIM, much safer, I would say, Cheers RIM.
  13. When you do workouts, you stay in one gear anyways, I hardly use indoor riding for freeriding or races, for R14k it might be an answer depending on the quality.
  14. +1 for Suikerbos, be sure to pack your climbing legs.
  15. They have not(officially) dropped it but I can now run it easy on my 8GB Ram Windows 11(recently updated) laptop, in july I could not run the program, see my short youtube vid to see how smooth it is now. Laptop specs below.
  16. I had the same issue in the beginning, after the update things worked a lot better, I updated the APP from the Microsoft store last week.
  17. For people that were asking about alternatives to All the popular indoor cycling programs, I decided to create a separate thread about this program. The program is quite a big download for those that do not have uncapped internet, (I think around 11gb), at first the program needed a powerful machine with at least 16GB of Ram and was very lagy, they did some updates and now running much better, be sure to update your "directx" and graphics drivers on your machine to ensure all your graphics are running optimally, below is a short video of my first successful ride. https://studio.youtube.com/video/kmCJliBiIs4/edit
  18. My apologies, will start a new thread.
  19. Here is a quick video done with Mywhoosh, no sound, just something quickly thrown together. https://youtu.be/kmCJliBiIs4
  20. I hope they are reading this, I am sure they are on the hub under some alias.
  21. Not many Sales people like you around these days, I am sure.
  22. I previously used ARAMEX, I can but the sleeve at any Caltex any time of the day, then drop it off in the bin provided, any time of the day but the last time, there was an option without a wayble just a bar code that did not workout well for an item that went to the western cape.
  23. a bit of feedback on Mywhoosh, I updated the app last night and boy, they made lots of progress, my laptop, 8GB ram and no dedicated graphics card could run it, it started up much quicker and I just spectated a race last night and everything seemed much faster, will give it a proper whirl soon.
