If you want it to work it will spoil that patch a bit. Get the cloth and resin ( ask the local guy to give you a sample or you'll have to buy like 2m) 1 Sand the area (60-80grit) 2 Cut a piece of round or square Carbon cloth 3K weave. 3 Separate the cloth in the middle in other words pull the individual strands appart ( You'll need about 3 or 4 pieces the same size) 4 mix resin as per spec usually 2 to 1 5 Paint the area to repaired with a thin film also put a film on the lug 6 inpregnate the 4 pieces of cloth 7 put cloth over whole sanded area with hole in the middle 8 Repeat with all 4 pices 9 place the lug in the centre 10 tape up with insulation tape sticky side up 11 prick area with a pin to squeeze out excess resin. Finishing: 1 cure for about 24 hours 2 peel off tape 3 sand smooth 4 use water paper with a little water 5 mask area and apply clear lacquer or mix another batch of resin and apply with a brush
