Ya, i heard you get sick but very mild, but then i made the mistake of asking the ladies at my work and their reply was, ''i took that jab and omg i got sooooooooooooooooo sick' I cant afford to be man down for ten days. i don't mind missing maybe two days of gym but not the usual ten when i do get sick. thanks.

The company i work for, their pharmacy paying a visit and offering flu vaccination. I’ve never had one but thinking about getting the jab. I’m not a sickly person; i generally get sick twice a year – during summer and winter. I normally get the typical head cold but ever since i’ve been training a lot harder, i seem to get knocked harder with the flu – sinuses and chest. BUT i have a race on the29th April and i heard after the jab you get sick...

The spin bikes at westville VA and la lucia VA are different, but I don't feel much of a difference. I've been training at la lucia for ages and their bikes haven't change. Westville bikes do look more up to date. Will see what makes they are tomorrow... I know I seem to battle my ass off when it comes to trying to adjust westville bikes... Otherwise they both seem ok, just westville bike and I seem to have words before our bonding time.

So how was it on Friday?

That happened to me when I was in Mozambique - Maputo. I had a sprite and they all surrounded me asking for my sprite. I was young at the time – 12. So I felt brave and said, ‘’no!’’ but my ma did save me. She grabbed me and just pulled.

Oh, hahahaha. No wonder it didn’t spark my interest. I was in for two seconds then walked out…I was thinking, ‘’eh, don’t know what the excitement about…’’ They did have other stuff besides shoes.... clothes. I didn't see anything to ride on
