  1. Maybe i shoulod follow your stack. I barely sleep at night time..i can fall asleep but staying asleep is a whole other story...at least when i have to get up at 430am it's not hard cause ten to one ive been awake since 2ish am.
  2. True. I've been tempted to have a calcium, magnesium and phosphate blood test done. Only reason why i started taking mag is because of the cramps i get in my calves.
  3. Berocca makes it glow. Hmmmm, haven’t worked out the cost yet…some stuff last longer than a month like my evox whey, primrose oil, multi vit… Slow mag so pricey and not even a month supply!!!!

  6. How often do you see a rubbish bin with litter surrounding the rubbish bin?!?! People are just too damn lazy! Their way of thinking is "someone gets paid to pick it up" and that makes it all "ok" for them. You can put bins along the route, but it will only help to a degree...if people are too lazy to roll up the deflated tube and squash it in their lil bag, pocket or sling it over their shoulder, they'll be too lazy to carry it to the bin along the route. Just look at our beaches. There are plenty of bin everywhere, but people still choose to leave their rubbish on the sand instead of getting off their lazy ass, walking ten steps and dropping it IN the bin. Makes me wonder what their home looks like...

  8. i don't pop my pills all at once...i space them out during the day...i also heard some work against each other...so it is a bit of a nightmare...i'm still kicking I try eat right and every 3 hours. oats and whey...nuts and fruit...tuna and veggie/salad wrap...yogurt and try sneak in another fruit...training...whey...dinner... I have tried a few fat burners...USN Hardcore and this other pepper one that heats up your body. USA Hardcore gave me the burps but to me it was minty burps, but my one male friend said, ‘‘I can just smell tuna on you''. So i stopped taking them, I didn’t want them to start calling me ‘’fishy’’.
  9. I only just started popping pills - multi vit, mag and omega. My calves were giving me a lot of problems. I kept having muscle spasm cramps in both legs. It was almost becoming a daily thing and they hurt like a BITCH! About two months ago, i just arrived at home and both legs just cramped out...i was barely inside and i collapsed. The attack lasted an hour or so...now days i can feel when my calves want to play up. It gives off a lil twitch. Haven’t had bad cramps since i started taking vits. Hahaha, well if there is a lil ''something...something...'' then must be mild cause i don't feel a thing on it. No shakey hands, extra sweating etc
  10. 4 - 6 evening primrose oil 1 x multi vit tab 2 x magnesium 2 x fat burner (this guy at gym starting up a natural range of products and asked me to try this fat burner out) 1 x evox 100% whey in my oats (1 scoop) and after training at night (3 scoops) Berroca in the mornings Looking at adding glutamine and need an energy booster.

I thought it was just me who didn't know but when they chap asked me and then the other guy next to me also said "no idea" and they were both wearing cycling kit, so I assume they are cyclist...unless they just like to dress the part. ;P Will let you know what she says...

  13. A bit off topic but fits in with "spinning". I do a few spinning classes a week and this one lady (monday was the second time joining her class) always mentions "level 5 and push at 7 o'clock". I have no idea what she meant by "push at 7 o'clock". I just ignored that part, but then this one guy (decked out in a full cycling kit with polar watch and all) asked me "what does she mean "push at 7 o'clock?" Seems like I'm not the only one...does anyone on here know?
  14. Sjoe, I missed a lot while I was at gym... O.o Do not post pics! All these tattoo women!!! Must be someone else on here who like a bit of muscle on a chick. A girl who's not afraid of the iron is way more hotter compared to a tattoo chick.

  19. My ex was using clen for cycling. I know it gave him the shakes in his hands...i didn't notice any other side effects. His mates said he looked a lot leaner...i know his pants were starting to get too big for him. He claims the scale still showed the same weight...but he does train a lot. Eh, why buy online...just walk into your local gym.
