    only saw this now, bought mine at 15h yesterday and then bought for a friend at 17h30 and paid R99 for both...any ideas on the route profile amount of climbing etc?

    have you been living under a rock, there is currently more banned local mtb riders than not yet banned local mtb riders...yes i choose the not-yet banned words, and no i dont have any evidence to support this. It just feels like everyone who has tried to make a name for themselves in the past couple of years are currently serving a ban.

    The only thing i could add is, dont say its going to be 600m climbing and then it ends up almost double that. Us fatties (speaking for myself not the bike type) take that into account when entering an event and double the climb is a HUGE difference for me over 40km.

    Yeah im kinda over it. I understand the whole issue with helderberg but not even an apology, but like i said im over it. Luckily for me i got an entry from a mate and actually didn't even pay for the event. Cost me a couple of beers though. I dont hold it against the series (well...) i will do grabouw and most likely hermanus again.

    See thats my whole gripe with the helderberg event, they only gave free entries to the 70km guys and not us that was supposed todo 40km and ended up with half of that. They never even admitted that there was a cockup on the other routes.

    i think its a disco issue....but unlinking and relinking is not that big an issue at the moment for me.

    OK so i have been using strava tapiriik GC disco for 2 weeks now. It works fine. Removed the direct link from strava to disco and i have reached my goals every week. The only issue i have is i have delink and relink my GC and disco every time i have a new workout. Its asif it pulls through my rides once and then not again. as soon as i delink and relink it pulls it through again. Bit of a schlep but it works...

    venue updated on website: The start and finish area is in Kylmor (Kylemore) near the Secondary school and sport fields. Ample parking is available close to the venue.

    Ive never seen the swatbox up close but how the hell does he fit all that in there? I wont even be able to fit that into a big saddle bag (not that i use a saddle bag )

    My questions is, will they reduce the current 50 points bump in target you get every week you meet the previous weeks target? Otherwise if they half someone that is already on 1.2k then after 3 months they are back on that target with the new allocations...

    If you want a fitness tracker buy a fenix or similar, if you want a smart watch and have a iphone buy the iwatch. Just like you said, the iwatch is not a true fitness device just like you wont buy a fenix and then complain about the crap phone notifications...
