Im 186 and my MtB is a large. Considering getting a road bike. What size ?

Due to my work hours i miss the spinning class in the morning and afternoon if rather ride or run. My gym has a few spinning bikes outside the spinning class... So how do i go about spinning? Want to try it on my own. My buddy keeps raving about the benefits to his endurance and fitness.

Disappointed with this one... Was lapped race (5 laps) for the "39 km" was actually 31.4km Most of trail there was space to pass but when lapping the slower riders found lots changing a tire half way in the road and people bundling before or after The uphill. Twice got guys ride chatting and not giving way. Loads of flats but guess thats what you get from a race at a rose farm Medal they gave is a old babbas one... Will skip this one next time

When I ride I listen to podcast, when i run i listen to music and same when i do cardio at teh gym. However the earphones I have tried all fall out after a while and the wires get in the way. What is the best Sports headsets? must be "waterproof" for light rain and work on iphone?

My expensive car i ever owned is my current chev utilitu 1.4 ac. I refuse to fall for owning a expensive car. I do around 15000 km a year and a car( bakkie ) is there to get me from point a to point b and carry my bike to where it needs to be. My wife has a bit better car purely for space and safety for our baby. She has a polo sedan. Paying 5000 or 10000 a month on a car is insane! As for a bike, my spark 950 comes in at just over 20k, and yes if i had cash i would by a 60k bike..
