Some of the new nuts and bolts seems to be rusting on my bike i would like to replace it with something better and if possible in black Where do you buy these bolts and nut kits and what would it cost aprox Thanks

i resently had a pic of a bulldog 100years ago and they looked nowhere near where they are today, actually sad how badly they were bred and what they turned out into They had more of a staffie look those days-anyway im not gonna chat too much one here . lets rather get some more pics

i have 2 ither ones with short tials and in the beginning i was also not sure about it -today i can see how much they use that tail and they are way better when they have it with swimming -jumoing and stuff like that

Riding the Oubos race today I manage to get to this 360'Life rider, when suddenly he kicks his bike a very good kick and then got back onto it. I am fairly new to cycling and have read some mags about fixing stuff in the race but I manage to miss this one! Does kicking a say R30 000 carbon bike help? Maybe he had a stiff anckle and needed warming up after 30km's?

Hi gents Like most of you know i have been searching and asking questions for a few months about bike and to find the right bike Well here is it-i have been riding it quiet a bit this week and i really like it-it also super fast -specially wjen you go dowhill climbing is great aswell -i manage to imrove nearly 40 sec on a certain climbing route here in my hometown and on my old bike i was actually more fit than what i am at the moment Thanks for all the help

No skill for riding downhill fast... Maybe no skill till you fall on your face at that speed

So it seems that the bike comes out with this and that you can't really put it on afterwards

I have seen some carbon bikes with a thing that fits over that carbon arms so when your chain do jump off it doesn't cutt into the arms The ones I saw was aliminuim-i think Will the normal chain protector work or is this better Can you please tell me to get it Website links will be great if you have some This will be for a scott scale pro 29 er Thanks

Anyone know of online retailer in SA that sells their gear-especially compression gear

Compresport is great, service is bad!very bad my wife have paid and are still waiting on socks-first in customs the the parcel never got delivered-too many excuses This is prob the best brand, second choice will be linebreak Anatomic and some of the sa brands are no good. I have tried a few dif ones and will rec the linebreak for you flying since I regularly fly myself and also use them sometimes
