everyone goes on about enough room to pass on the righ, for that momnet it was clear right, what if it was a little darker and there was a car on the there side, there must be cars going up and down in the right lane, then it would have been another guy knocked down I dont care how much you try and say it right or it's ok-it's just plain stupid

Hi gents,my garden boy travels by taxi and i want to save him some cost and i have decided to try and build him a bike from my spare parts, i have an old scott aliminuim frame that is semi cracked and i will try and fix it.i have a bar and i think a stem , i need wheels and a crank and maybe just one set of brakes I will probably make it sort of singe speed to last it longer and that it requires less maintenace I have 2 old 9 speed casettes and i also have old chains If you have any old or unwanted gear please pm me and we can make arrangements I am currently travelling back to SA but will be available fulltime form Friday onwards Any stuff -it doesnt to be ok, it's only gotta go from a to b Thanks gents

you have to get more km's, also include atleast a 21km race every second or 3rd week you also need to run 30km atleas before the race, everyone can run a marathon without training the thing is if you want to do well and finish in a fair time you need to improve on the distance your totals look like my totals when i do speedwork for a 5km time training should be in 10, 12 , 15 , 20 and so , it's no good running 5x5km and then you say that you have done a25km for the week

We were lucky to have Spez come to George over the weekend , you could test any bike you wanted So the morning me and my wife went to a xc race and afterwards she went to test a small epic and i took the xl, She is 1.57 We took the bikes all over the place and lastly we went to the famous climbing switchbacks Asking her what its like , she said it handles very nice and better than her 26'er I think it a matter of getting used to riding a slightly bigger bike and then it;s all good

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. The one constant Tahlia has begged for has been for her best friend, Serenity. The staff here have made the exception NOT only for Serenity to come and visit, but for Serenity to stay here with Tahlia for the duration of her stay! What a spirit lifter it has been for Princess Tahlia, and it is warming my heart to see her happy! One look at Serenity and it is clear that the love is 100% mutual. As a mountain biker , i hardly get on the tar, but i often hoot at them when i am triving , normally when they cycle on the other side of the road, you know the double friendly hoot, very few ever greet back even if they see me lift my had, here it's a case again of not eveyone , but you get some serious grumpy riders

I wasn't talking about anger, i travel a lot and i said it's quite a normal thing to hoot in these 3rd world countries
