yes although it talking *** and chit chatting most okes make you laugh on here...look at this tread and the online racing tread. Those okes are the ones I want to meet at stage races.. And those are the okes I want to take riding when they come to George. By talking and participating you learn a lot about a oke..and thats the good okes that I want to be riding with.

if you are younger than 45, buy the best HT you can get. Its only another stage race and if you have trained for it then you can ride it in anything

Dont get me wrong im a huge Niner fan and i ride one aswell, but only one bottle on the whole frame is def a huge no no. And with real technical stuff you cant have a bottle on your seatpost it just doesnt work

Family photo shoot The old dog Rocky was a rescue dog from Friends of Rottweiler rescue South Africa, he only gets along with the young female so we had to shoot them separately. The photographer is in Stellenboch if anyone want to use her.

1 out of every 6 roadies will wave when you great them and 5 out of every 6 mtbers will great back I used to fish a lot in Plett and when i drove from George to Plett i used to check this for a few months and this was the end result All of the buggers are riding illegal on the N2 anyways..lol

Nice 50km..saving legs for xterra Must say personally it would have been nice with some Single track..its Knysna afterall. Weather was coldiah and there was just enough mud

Between us we carry about 3 liters of water but that only for emergencies. We had quite a bit of rain in the last 3 weeks so there's mountain streams and a small fountain overflow about 3km from the summit. Then there's also quite a bit of fresh water laying in the rock formation. We feed her before the time and afterwards she gets 2 cans of tuna or fresh fish if i have.

ja its lekker 10min and im on the single track or in the forest...30min im ontop by the tower and if i really push it from home i can do 1000m of climbing in 90mins... ;-)

We do a lot of outdoor activities and our Rotties do whatever thay can with us after some 3km and 5km runs in the last few months we decided the time was ready to take Alaska with as we were going to climb Cradock behind George Weather was perfect for her,,, she is imported so sometimes it can get to hot for her We started at 6'C and the summit was about Zero all in all a good 5 hours of fun out in fresh air
