you guys do realize that loads of runners dont belong to clubs..? They simpley run because they like it so i personally dont think all these meeting are gonna make a difference. If its a purpose built downhill track put singnage up thats clearly visible. 95percent of Tokai was built on hiking/ running tracks and then mountain bikers took a lot of it over. MTBing does way more damage than hiking and with all the greenies around they guys would be better of to get along with other guys using the forest, all you need is one or 2 big accidents and to piss the wrong people off and the next thing they will ban mtbing so rather just get along. Out here in George we all share the trails and there is really no problems. I did life in Tokai area for a few years and as previously mentioned back in '97-2000 you were lucky to see bikes in the forest

In the last 2 weeks , 2 of the 4 dogs had birth days The first one was while my wife was doing Expedition Africa, so we got them th custom cup cakes and some balloons to pop.. the old female loves biting the balloons till they burst Yes they are only dogs but they give us unlimited love and joy Here to many more happy years.. this afternoon between freezing temperatures and rain we took a quick ride to the tower, we manage to get to the top On the way down on the Single track the rain got us and actually some hail still beats sitting at work ... as i post this im enjoying some good wine infront of the kaggel

Just a quick note to let you guys know what i think. At the time when my Niner was built i couldnt get a Niner rigid so i went for a Rapide rigid, i end up riding it for 7 months including one or 2 races like Tankwa, i did a lot of climbing, technical downhills ect with it and really liked it. i just wanted a Niner fork for the looks, so after i got one 2 weeks ago, i realized it nothing better than the Rapide, they are both great fork and both can take punishment. I only ride the Niner now because it looks better on my bike, if you ever wonder about the Rapide fork the are great and great value for money Weight are also just about the same.

Morning gents. i have a problem with a rotating BB on my Niner I know there is a replacement BB with 2 nuts and not one like the original, apparently this work well so im looking to get one. Do any og you know where i can find one in SA and do you maybe have a shop number for me please? Thanks Also looking for a golden SS spesific chain. Thanks

As a runner and a cyclist im taking no sides. If its clearly marked as a downhill course and it was actually purpose built then cyclist should have way If its a old trail thats being converted to a course then it a 50/50 Back 1997-2000 when i stayed in Tokai there was very few cyclist, more runners and horse riders...the sport has grown hugely but if you haven't actually built the track for cycling then rather dont claim it as a cycling only course. Why cant we all just get a long?
