  1. Invest in a good bacterial Spray to keep brain bucket odour to a minimum and pads in shape. The harsh UV rays likes to munch and harder inner liners and certain straps so keep them clean and in good condition. Wish you well on your purchase.
  2. Your helmet is suffering some serious MIPS -Mad Insane Price Syndrome!🤭

…so I guess the Yank goes in as main team Bee for Flanders🤓? Can he do it among the other stars? I expect T.P. To feature.😎 Enjoy the race guys!
  4. ..interesting chats and points of view all round. My only observation is… Most okes would rather sell their 4 wheels than 2 wheels! 🤭 Low balling is what makes capitalism work, I say.. comrades, embrace the pain, it ‘any going away. 😅 viva viva BikeHub.
  5. Generally most plastics on the micro side have made their way into many things. The clothes you wear, with aggressive washing machines that clean your gear etc. It’s almost impossible I think to completely eliminate it from our current lifestyle. I’d be more worried about what happens to the millions of carbon fibre frames that are waiting there fate, coming to a landfill near you!
  6. … give that man. … A Bell’s! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
  7. ..is that all a life is worth in SA? A low grade 5 years! I’m completely shocked at the state of the justice system in this Banana Republic. He Should have got 5 just trying to pull a hit and run!
  8. Who’s flying in from across the pond?🤔
  9. .. your future disc brake 🤫.
  10. I’d like to setup a…. A pick up agent? My dentist says there is a current shortage on front teeth.😂
  11. The brand loyalty kick backs are drying up. Now of these offer a long term benefit. Most are short goal based to drive internal revenue among third parties. This trick has been milked beyond its shelf life. EG: Discovery isn’t so much concerned about your overall health but rather the potential to shave those bank charges which all go unregulated in a non policed sector. Gosh I can remember when they came begging to get business back in the day ….when they were small fish in a big pond. Now you got a building that belongs more in Dubai than the dirty streets of Rivonia road. It’s your “financial health” that keeps those lights on! LoL ( suckers)!
  12. I see big changes announced from TREK CEO! 😳 Huge cuts across the company , they dropping around 40 SKU’s which is massive, and 10% chop on everything. It seems the LeMond issue has brought a certain karma! Don’t dish out heat, …that you can’t take it yourself! 😂😂😂 I will be following this very closely with great interest. 🤓✅

Doing the Giro and TDF, will require a complete new schedule for Slov Machine. His also doing mini TT training it seems. I wonder if his thinking of Games?🤓🤔 His in his prime, might as well add some gold to the collection.🤭
  14. … seems like an Ass Saver has a lot of value when you dealing with wheel poo!
  15. The best “bottleneck” comes after the ride! 😅

What a finish….✅ great start to the season in very chilly conditions. Amazing to hold a 16 second gap for like 5kms to go… that was a two man TT. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
  19. Saddle height and the actual saddle too can greatly make other muscles work harder and it seems it’s worth investigating, something so small can cause injury once the part says, I’m done. I’ve suffered from a saddle that was too low and too far back. Not all settings are universal, with today’s tech, you can get dialled in pretty well and there are a host of fitters out there. I wish you well and hope you get your issues resolved and you can go right past that 50km mark painless. Let us know how you progress. 🤓
  20. I had one… it’s more Apple friendly, change your phone bud! 🤓
  21. ..just don’t call anyone during lunchtime 🤭
  22. I disagree… when it comes to tooling all the resources, it’s a long return on Investment, and it might seem cheaper at starting point but since specs change year on year, ROA lands up been a can each brand kicks down the road.
  23. .. yet we still have okes that throw 120K at an Epic! 😂😂😂 some burn matches, others prefer paper. The tipping point was when all brands decided to invest in the in-house bandwagon. Now this seemed like a promised cash cow for shareholders, turns out.. an industry rabbit hole. Instead of keeping the traditional approach of frame guys do frames, and parts guys provide the package. Brands started own in-house stems, BB’s, cranks, causing a huge shift for brands to suck up more market space. Hence the price jump on bicycles today. We are officially in Motorbike territory and no one’s blinking…. Only a few buying, so that’s the writing on the walls folks. Massive changes ahead for this segment of sport we call cycling which is more about heavy weight consumerism, balancing on a knife edge that’s unsustainable. Anyways my R1, on the subject. Due to inflation, my tens cents counts for sweet Jake all! 😅
  24. ? Campie was an American thing, they don’t like equipment that sounds like a pasta dish…😂
