Carbon and alu size is not the same .Carbon frames are bigger .Look at the effective top tube lenght .Med carbon frame is 620mm .This is = to many other large frames and = alu large momsen frame ..A183cm rider should be fine on a med carbon

I am 194cm 100kg and ride a large momsen carbon frame .These frames are big ,so a medium might fit .My other frames are 22 ' .A 17 ' will be to small .20' is your size

I have noticed that the races arn,t nearly as busy as last year .Magalies monster ,trailseeker ,mtn events ,eqsrta were all sold out a few weeks prior to the events last year .Only entry i still cannot get is a sani ,so now i do joberg2c instead .I prefer the smaller field anyway .Money spent .TOO MUCH and counting ! My wife always complains about the cyclists in her way ,even when i am driving and i am a cyclist .Do you know how difficult it is to drive to avoid the cyclist and klap you wife at the same time !

I waited 6 month,s for the book ,but it was worthwhile .Last year was some serious lekke MTBing .There were some personal highlights that i never thought i would be able to achieve .At the time i had only been riding for 18 months .I followed your CPT training plan that is on dryland,s site and could handle everything .Every stage was filled with an amazing pass ,nature reserve section ,dirtroad racing ,watercrossings ,spectacular vistas ,Thigh pounding descents ,great waterpoins and the bikini girl,s with the sunblock .This is a must do !

Also could not get used to sella .Used for a month ,then whent back to WTB silverado .It seems some people have flat sitting bones and some angles ones .Flat type do well on all the same and vice versa .Flat usually like silverado phenom avatar .The sella and gobi are angled more and work for the same group.
