  4. love my fenix, but I have 2 small kids so I don't need to bother with the sleep function to know I did not get a good rest!! The watch also bothers me at night so I always take it off.

  8. Had my first slow run this morning after weeks of injury!! Only a slow 2km but will at least be able to run again tomorrow AM.

  20. so I have not done any training the last almost 2 weeks due to a cold and now a dodgy knee. Very frustrating to say the least. at least got my first ever road bike, and did a 30min idt session last night!!!

  23. also depends on your background. if you are a runner, focus on the other 2 etc. for me the biggest thing currently is the swim, but I think as you do the longer events, the run seems to be the killer.
