Hi Dipstick, congrats on the milestones that you have already achieved. I also struggle with losing weights, and have been stuck between 105kg and 110kg for a couple of years. Diet and exercise is a must, as stated by everyone, but you should really try to mix it up a bit, give the body a shocker, do some cross-fit training, alternative training (using own body weight as resistance) and some weight training. There are certain weight training exercises that really kicks things up a bit (heavy squats & bench press). Good luck

Hi, rather save another 500 bucks and look for a decent second hand. You will be riding that bike for a day before you gonna be wishing for something else!. as they say, you get what you pay.
