Pump the wheel really hard, take the thorn out and spin the wheel so the hole is at the bottom, allowing the sealant to get in it. If it doesn't work, there are 1 of 2 problems, hole is too big, or sealant is old. Put new sealant in the wheel, pump it really hard and repeat. If still no joy, tube the wheel or get a new tyre.
