ya it was Mike pass..it was just after the amazing water point with soft serve icecream..

i got half way up...wasnt expecting it, wrong gear..like everyones else.. Mr photographer also took pics of me fixing my puncture..

it was a great race, far more than i was expecting. just a pity i cut my rear tyre and lost my grips. i blame the photographer..every time i was near him i had trouble!! Very nice touch having a personalised number plate, and receiving an sms with your results..glad im in for the series.

im not bombs alon edo that! i had ryder sealant in my rear wheel. never had a bomb near it. heard a rattle in the week, opened it up and there was one of those lumps that had "grown" still plenty sealant..weird

where abouts are you in Pta? if you can get to Silverrton before lunch i can help you..

go tubeless...ghetto conversion is, hell my current front wheel has insulation tape doing the sealing bit, tubeless valves are 60 bucks each and a bottle of ryder sealant is 120 bucks...done

the tubeless conversion will solve most of your problems..

and you can upload the sessions to strava...

its an option when you register. we had one last year. has 2 beds in it, you can stand up in it. plenty room. also semi private ablutions

B+B is brilliant...get yourself one of the upgraded tents if you can..worth every cent. dont worry about spionkop..its a doddle ha ha
