It will work with either, you can use an MTB with the trainer but depending on your gearing you may run out of gears because its an MTB and most of the routes are road. Get a matching cassette for the trainer so you won't need to fiddle with gears when using the trainer or bike.

Currently riding an old Scott Spark 960 looking to upgrade to a new dual suspension and I was pretty much sold on the Cypher RS until I had a look at the spec on the Drone... now I'm wondering if its not worth going back to hardtail with a much better spec instead. So the question is do the better components outweigh the comfort of the dual suspension? I don't specifically need a dual suspension because I'm quite light, don't have any back issues and I don't see myself doing an Epic or extreme event in the near future. Hi Limax, this thread is very old. I brought in a few of the Moser bikes from Italy and sold them here locally. Unfortunately they went out of business a few years later. I would suggest maybe ebay if you are looking for a frame or fork, there may still be some floating around there. Good luck

Excuse my ignorance but why are litter zones even needed? How much stuff are people consuming on a bike ride that they can't just shove back in their pockets when its empty and toss out when they're done?

Whatever you buy, keep your road bike too. Not worth selling and one day you will itch to ride it again. Been there and its an expensive mistake to make.

Theoretically I would say the bike shop is responsible considering, but in reality you can try claim damages and odds are only the attorneys will benefit.

Bought a pair of Ciovita in December, to me there sizing is definitely smaller than other brands. Fit is too tight and I won't use them for long rides. I did email them querying this but was just ignored. Won't buy again.

Anybody else having trouble syncing Zwift with Discovery the last few days? Tried delinking and relinking but nothing? Strava and Garmin still syncing properly.

I'm 1.85 and ride a L Scott Spark but it's not the latest model. Any decent bike shop should be able to advise you based on your height, inseam etc.

I see on social media they have decided to close the trails from the end of Feb for financial reasons. Very sad news indeed, some of the best trails in Gauteng in my experience.
