  1. Yep. He was recovering from a broken wrist so he could only do one take.
  2. Please tell me I'm not the only one thinking Kaaaaa Meeeeee..... Haaaaaaa.... Meeeee.... Haaaaaaaaaa!
  3. Ray has one of those... Was comical watching him try to get the bottle out when the little tab for the elasticated fastener was caught on something!
  4. heavy duty cable ties around the cables. Sadly, that sometimes requires the removal of the cable from the internal cavity, but just tie some string around the housing before you remove it so you can get it back in easier. Tie 2 large cable ties around the cable right next to each other (must be relatively large in order to be stiff enough to suspend the cable in the frame) in sorta the middle point of teh internal section of cable. Cable ties must be in opposing directions so they look like wings, almost... DON'T CUT THEM SHORT. Wrap them around the cable, so they can get inside the frame port. As they go inside, they should unravel and brace themselves - and the cable - against the inside walls of your frame, thereby suspending the cable. May need to do this in 2 places on each cable that's internally routed.
  5. HAHAHAHAHA! Wondered why it was proving a bit hardier than normal tarnish...
  6. It's a little slippy, yeah. But my 1.5km walk home on the pavements of Wynberg was relatively slip-free. Did sound like a freshly-shod horse, though.
  7. Because I don't want to keep anything in those pockets, and normal sports shirts (maxed) are far more comfortable. If I come off with a tool / pump in the back pocket or shirt, there's a good chance that it'll hurt far more than if it's in a bag on my back. Regardless of the style of bag.
  8. it looks dirty 'cos it has a "smoke" paint job...
  9. What happens if I have roadie shoes with SPD cleats and those micro-spd one sided pedals? Yes, baggies and hairy legs
  10. ke? If it's 960,000,000ml, and 1l = 1,000mL then 960,000,000 mL = 960,000L..
  11. CORRECTED - had the incorrect measure of 1ml. It's 1,000mm^3, not 1mm^3.
  12. 1ml = 1000mm^3 your block has 48,000mm^3 in it (40*40*30) 20% of that is 9,600mm^3 = 9.6ml 100m times that is 960 million ml or 960,000 litres
  13. Spez combo gets my vote. Or the Vittoria combo (barzo / saguaro) Just don't get a crossmark. Their grip as well as a pig on ice.
  14. very, very good article... https://www.pinkbike.com/news/opinion-calm-reflections-of-big-wheeled-panic.html
  15. none of my shirts have pockets. And if I came off and landed on my back, I doubt I'd want anything in there either.
  16. only use a shuttle when we do Paarl. But no, keep them in the bag / pants just in case there's a professional redistribution officer in the vicinity.
  17. LOL. No, not cool enough to pull off the Rasta vibes.
  18. Yeah, must say I do. But also the Pole. And and and and and. Won't buy one, the Giant is superb. But I still drool...
  19. Hip bag has seen less use over the past while, for some reason. The AMP is my go-to pack for rides, tbh. It's always packed with my tools, pumps etc.
  20. New Delirium. 170mm, approved for dual crown forks, able to upsize the shock to 222x70 to give it 185mm travel. Updated geo...
