  1. Sorting it out now - had a problem with the upload...
  2. Here's the dismount - near the end. Please excuse the lack of speed and music
  3. None of us made it, but we all attempted it. It's WICKEDLY tight, and the pic does not do it justice at all...
  4. Mate of mine at the top of Jonkershoek Fire Hut trail. This is one toight corner, with a very large motivational factor to make it work!
  5. Warren, I have to ask - are you one of the dumbasses in Sky kit that rides up the main berm at the top of Vasbyt / DH3 in Tokai? We (my mates and I) have repeatedly come across 2 people in kit exactly the same as yours, riding UP the Downhill trail, past the point of the No Entry signs on that particular section (It's dedicated DOWN only past that point, and riders hit 50kph plus on that section, not expecting riders to come up a downhill only trail) I just have to ask, seeing as you're wearing the same kit.
  6. That's not cool... trail dogging is fantastic, but he should have known the limits of his pooch, and that was a broken leg waiting to happen...
  7. LOL. AWESOME And dude, don't worry - crocs are fantastic for kids. Easily washable, light, impervious to pretty much anything (apart from fire, and dogs) My lightie wears them almost constantly. And they're the only ones that I will willingly part with my money for. He's already got a secodn pair for when these ones are too small.
  8. Some of the balance bikes are over a grand for something that isn't really that much different to the Muna and / or avalanche. The MUNA (as I said) has the low saddle - which allows almost seamless transitioning from the Y-Bike to the proper balance bike. A grand would be my soft limit. I think the Spaz balance bike is about R 1200 or so, and even now (2 months later) my lightie wouldn't be able to fit it cos he's not tall enough.
  9. Watched it already about 2 or 3 times...
  10. Well, I may have some awesome footage of one of my riding mates going otb after casing a jump in jonkers. Will ha e a look at it tomorrow and upload it once done.

  13. It's all bollocks. Whatever works for you. Edit: as long as you can get your heels down when the going gets steep and you need to brake, you're fine.
